Two incredible women connected to our organization were recognized at this year’s Women in Business Luncheon!
One of our donors, Cydney Reagan, Broker/Owner of 1st Class Real Estate Reagan Realty, and our very own Amanda Lasecki, Vice President of Operations, were honored for their leadership and positive impact across our community.
Lasecki has been part of the Community Foundation and United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties team for four years, following many years of volunteer service—including

with Women United and the Board of Directors. In her current role, she oversees grantmaking, marketing, and communications, helping to distribute more than $2.4 million in grants last year to 112 local nonprofits.
We’re proud to see Reagan and Lasecki celebrated alongside other remarkable women who continue to inspire progress and strengthen our community every day.
