A Volusia County child explores a favorite book in one of the new reading corners at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Volusia/Flagler Counties. Funded through CF/UWVFC Community Impact Grants, Project Learn is building literacy skills and a love of reading among youth in Edgewater, Deltona, and Palm Coast.
Nonprofits encouraged to apply by March 13, 2026
Applications for CF/UWVFC’s 2026-2028 Community Impact Grants are open
Eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits serving Flagler and/or Volusia Counties can apply for funding across four priority areas: Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, Healthy Community, and Community Resiliency.
This cycle builds on CF/UWVFC’s $800,000 investment in 25 nonprofit partners during 2025-2026 — part of a community impact model in place since 2017 that uses an open, competitive process to direct resources where they’re needed most.
Grant decisions are guided by CF/UWVFC’s volunteer Community Impact Cabinet, ensuring funding recommendations reflect the real needs and priorities of local residents.
Ready to apply? Visit ConnectVFC.org/our-impact/grant-seekers to access grant guidelines and submit your application before March 13, 2026.
